Submit a request
Email 888@junshi.online with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include the game name and enough information for us to locate the relevant record. Do not send a password.
What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and may verify that you are authorized to make it.
- We identify applicable account and associated user data under our control.
- We delete or anonymize eligible data and notify you when the request is complete.
Limited retention
Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Any applicable game-specific retention details will be stated in that game's privacy notice.
In-app deletion
If a Junshi game allows users to create an account, it will also provide a clear in-app path to request deletion of that account and associated data.
